Today our port time is 7:00am-3:00pm. We arrived to light rain and it was off and on throughout the day. The weather was in the 50s all day.
To start our day, we found a bakery in search of the famous cinnamon rolls. Unfortunately, they were still in the oven, but I did get a delicious almond bun.

Our adventure today was a 3.5 hour Fjord cruise. Once again, pictures do not convey the beauty. I was frozen to my bones but stayed outside on the boat all the way out to the halfway point. Enjoy the beauty!

After the cruise, we headed to the city center where we started our day. It was bustling with activity and people. If I were doing this over again, I might do a fjord cruise at a different port. There was so much to do in port here and a short day. There were so many shops and places to eat. I found the other ports lacking a bit in their food offerings and shopping. They were just smaller towns. Bergen is easily accessible for cruisers and has a lot of shops and plenty of food. I mean just look at it. The white building is a McDonalds. That building was built in 1710, as were most of the painted buildings. We got the famous skillingsbolle or cinnamon roll. Bergen is so quintessential.

That concluded our rainy, wonderful day in Bergen and our time in Norway.
And my outfit of the day was a good choice. This outfit with my raincoat was perfect. I still got a bit chilly, but not enough that I would have packed differently.
